Meet the B&W Electric
President
James Hornof
James graduated at the top of his class in electrical trades, and quickly launched B&W Electric in 2012 out of Colorado. He has been in the electrical construction industry for 20+ years and possesses a unique expertise in field installation, management, estimating, and design. The majority of his experience is in the building of fueling electrical systems, commercial, and industrial facilities. James holds a Master Electrician License in Colorado, Wyoming, and Texas.
James runs the daily business operations out of the corporate office.
Texas Branch Manager
John is a native Texan who has worked as a construction manager for 20+ years while both serving in the U.S. Army and in the civilian sector. He is responsible for Texas division oversight, business operations, and expansion. His expertise includes a knowledgeable versatility with industry policy & procedure updates, budgetary management, and training. John additionally has a unique working knowledge-base of the industry's national codes acquired from having worked as a city building official and general contractor.
Business Office Manager & Website Management
Responsible for Texas Division business operations, human resources & website management, and marketing outreach. Additionally, she provides technical services to the team, as applicable.
Education:
MS (master of science) in Organization, Learning, and Technology - specializing in Education and Human Resources Development - Texas A&M-Commerce, TX.
BAAS (bachelor of applied arts and sciences) in Organizational Leadership - specializing in Business Administration - Texas A&M-Commerce, TX.
AS (associate of science) in Business Administration and an AA (associate of arts) in General Studies - Central Texas College-Killeen, TX.
